Thank you for visiting Sunshine Farms. Due to interest that seems to continue growing as more visitors tour our farms, we have decided to offer some properties for sale.

For you information: Thank you for showing an interest in our properties. These are the properties we choose to make available at this time. As with people, each of these properties has it's own unique quality. Some have neighbors and some do not. All of these offerings offer some type of wildlife, though I personally feel some are better suited for privacy and recreation (horse or cattle farms, etc.). All are good home sites but in my opinion some may be more readily available to major roads, etc. All of these properties either have public water on, or available to them.
